MURCIA GASTRONÓMICA 2015, MURCIA (SPAIN)
Aliminter likes to support the gastronomy of its city and región. We have been part of the main gastronomic event that takes place in Murcia in its 4th edition.
We took this opportunity to present the Bon Appetitus chilled range of sauces, offering 3 different kind of tapas created by the chef Juan Pellicer, and elaborated by its students from Escuela de Hostelería de Murcia:
Taramasalata (Middle East sauce made by cod roe) toast with sardine, cocktail onion and hot chilli pepper; guacamole with smoked salmon, olive oil and nachos; and hummus (Maghrebian sauce made of chickpeas) with crunchy bacon, sesame ,piri-piri sauce and regañás.
