ALIMENTARIA 2016, BARCELONA

Alicomar has participated in Alimentaria 2016, the main food fair in Spain, as part of the the international pavilion within the area of Morocco. A new line of typical products from the Moroccan cuisine has been presented under the Alvita Brand. Sauces, seasonings and ready meal such as the chermoula and the ras al hanout seasonings, the chicken with marinated lemon sauce, the vegetable sauce, etc. The attendees who visited the Alicomar booth enjoyed the Harira soupo one of the most popular meals that Moroccans eat during the Ramadan. This soup is available in two diferent formats, as a ready meal and as a cooking base, this last one consisting of a concentrated to cook the Harira.
