ANUGA 2019

Soon, Aliminter will be at the ANUGA fair, from October 5 to 9, in Cologne. This biennial fair is one of the most important in the food and beverage sector, where all professionals in the sector come to present the latest innovations and trends.

Aliminter, producer of all kind of sauces (classics, gourmets, ethnics,...), of other fluid products assimilated to sauces (jams, reductions, etc.) and pickles, will show at the fair the great experience and enormous versatility that it has both to produce and to pack. One of Aliminter's maxims is to adapt to all types of customers (Food Service, Industry and Retail) through the different packaging systems. Among them, the dispensing systems ("hanging jerry can", pouches and dispensers ...) and the single-dose systems stand out, as the company has three different packaging lines for the production of single-dose products (mini bottles, pots and sachets).

In addition, visitors will be able to meet their different product lines at the show:

• Bangor Sauces: Different types of sauces. Classic sauces (Ketchup, Mayonnaise...), ethnic sauces (Sriracha, Samurai...), gourmet sauces (Roquefort, Curry…), sauces for pasta, etc.
• Bangor Pickles: Banderillas (Hot & mild, with chunk or whole herkins, etc), stuffed olives (with almonds, capers, pimiento paste, etc.), jalapeño chilli, habanero chilli, cherry pepper, capers, etc.
• Chalapa River sauces: Tex-Mex products (guacamole sauce, cheese dip, hot dip, mild dip and sour cream).
• Alvita sauces: Moroccan sauces (Chermoula, Ras al Hanout…) and prepared meals as Harira soup.
• Betania products: Sweet products as jams, honey, syrups, ice cream toppings, etc.

NEW! Aliminter has a new line of pickles Bangor, that will be one of our main novelties in ANUGA. Aliminter will release DELY PICKLES, the new range of pickles, focused on retail, gourmet and with hand-made product, carefully selected, with a jazzy package and colorful touch with an exceptional flavor.
