ALICOMAR AT ALIMENTARIA 2018

Once again, Alicomar has attended the Alimentaria exhibition hold in Barcelona. Visitors could meet Manuel Peregrín, CEO of the company and Khalid Ziani, Export Manager who showed the wide variety of products and formats that the company offers to her customers.

The sauce Alvita has been the biggest attraction during the 5 days that lasted the fair, visitors could taste it and check its extraordinary texture and flavour. Among the sauces we could find the Veggie Sauces, Chermoula, Mayonnaise Ras al Hanout, Marinade Ras al Hanout, Harissa, Ras al Hanout, Tajin Sauce for lemon chicken, Tajin Sauce for meat and Refissa Sauce. At the same time, attendees were also able to know the tasty Harira that we produce in Alicomar. They tried both, the one we sell in can of 1kg, ready to heat and eat and, the so called Harira Base of easy application and ready to cook the traditional Moroccan dish so consumed during Ramadan.

Assistants had also the opportunity to know the enormous variety of pickled products we elaborate. Banderillas hot and sweet, with cut or whole gherkins, gherkins, stuffed olives (with almonds, minced pepper, capers) Jalapeños  (whote, sliced…) Habaneros, Sweet peppers, Cherry peppers (of different sizes), capers, caperberries, onions, garlic cloves … We have an extensive range of products conditionned in a multitude of formats, according to the needs of customers.  (SEE CATALOGUE OF PICKLES / SEE PACKAGING).
