			<description><![CDATA[<p>Just a few days ago we were present at one of the largest food fairs in the US: Summer Fancy Food in New York. The fair took place at the Jacob Convention Center. K. Javits, from June 30 to July 2.</p>
<p>Khalid Ziani, Export Manager of Alicomar, was at our stand to represent the company as well as Siof company. On the stand, the visitors could check all kind of samples of our products and packagings, so, they learn mo4re about the wide repertoire and available possibilities we offer.</p>

<p>Again, Alvita sauces were one of the most interesting points in the three days of the fair. Thanks to its flavour and texture, these sauces get an unique touch and special seasoning for the preparation of other dishes. The fair organized a competition through which, different chefs used products from the exhibiting companies, and finally, won the cook who used one of our sauces:Tajin pour Viande. The fabulous prize consists of a plane ticket from New York to Casablanca.</p>

<p>Harira was also very successful, both in its finished version and in the base to cook it, thanks to its fantastic flavour. And of course, the pickles attracted great interest with its many different packagings and the great variety that Alicomar offers the potential customer.</p>

			<description><![CDATA[<h3 style="margin-bottom: 21.0pt;">Once again, Alicomar has attended the Alimentaria exhibition hold in Barcelona. Visitors could meet Manuel Peregrín, CEO of the company and Khalid Ziani, Export Manager who showed the wide variety of products and formats that the company offers to her customers.</h3>

<p style="margin-bottom: 21.0pt;">The sauce Alvita has been the biggest attraction during the 5 days that lasted the fair, visitors could taste it and check its extraordinary texture and flavour. Among the sauces we could find the Veggie Sauces, Chermoula, Mayonnaise Ras al Hanout, Marinade Ras al Hanout, Harissa, Ras al Hanout, Tajin Sauce for lemon chicken, Tajin Sauce for meat and Refissa Sauce. At the same time, attendees were also able to know the tasty Harira that we produce in Alicomar. They tried both, the one we sell in can of 1kg, ready to heat and eat and, the so called Harira Base of easy application and ready to cook the traditional Moroccan dish so consumed during Ramadan.</p>

<p>Assistants had also the opportunity to know the enormous variety of pickled products we elaborate. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Alicomar has participated in Alimentaria 2016, the main food fair in Spain, as part of the the international pavilion within the area of Morocco. A new line of typical products from the Moroccan cuisine has been presented under the Alvita Brand. Sauces, seasonings and ready meal such as the chermoula and the ras al hanout seasonings, the chicken with marinated lemon sauce, the vegetable sauce, etc. The attendees who visited the Alicomar booth enjoyed the Harira soupo one of the most popular meals that Moroccans eat during the Ramadan. This soup is available in two diferent formats, as a ready meal  and as a cooking base, this last one consisting of a concentrated to cook the Harira.</p>
